  • How much cannabis can I buy at one time?

    You can purchase up to 30 grams (or equivalent of extract, edible or topical) of cannabis per transaction, which is also the legal public possession limit.

  • Do I have to show ID to buy cannabis?

    If you look younger than 25 years old, you’ll be asked to show ID. Even when accompanied by an adult, minors aren’t allowed on licensed premises.

  • Can I consume cannabis in public?

    Laws vary by province and municipality. Here’s a quick guide to get you started, but remember to check your provincial government’s website for specific bylaws.
